Eligibility for Return
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, 70% of the order value will be refunded to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
- The remaining 30% is retained to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for size or design changes, subject to stock availability.
- No additional shipping charge applies for the first exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or washing are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
